- marketing your property on Rightmove, Propertyfinder, FindaProperty, Primelocation and our own web-site
- meeting with prospective tenants and carrying out accompanied viewings
- fully referencing any applicants
- preparing a comprehensive and protective tenancy agreement negotiating any special clauses
- receiving the first month’s rent and one and a half month’s rent to be held as the deposit
- preparing a full inventory and schedule of condition of the property where required
